Silvia is both a long-time Petaluma Health Center patient and member of its Spanish-Speaking Patient Advisory Committee.  She brings bilingual and distinct skills to the Board of Directors and represents the community in which PHC provides much needed medical services.  Silvia is a member of the St. Joseph Parish Finance Committee and Women’s Guild and was integral in strategic planning while employed with the County of Marin. Silvia graduated from the City of Rohnert Park Leadership Academy and assisted in the implementation of the Mentor Me Program in the Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District
