    Dr. Holmes graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2015, and from the University of California, San Diego in 2008 where he received a Masters of Science in Cancer Biology.  Dr. Holmes also has a Masters of Arts in Teaching and Education from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.

    Dr. Holmes is passionate about providing personalized health care with a holistic approach centered on shared decision making, empathy, and a long term relationship with patients. This approach utilizes medical therapy when it is appropriate, but also takes into consideration a variety of healthcare support including nutrition, education, integrative medicine, and non-pharmacologic treatment such as chiropractic and acupuncture.

    Dr. Holmes’ hobbies include weekend adventures with his family, playing basketball, watching the Golden State Warriors, and taking his dog to Dillon Beach.
