Thank you for your support!

Dear PHC Friend:

We are humbled and moved by everyone’s outpouring of support during this difficult time. Thank you to our patients, our business partners, and countless community members for dropping off N95 masks, protective eye wear, hand sanitizer, and other essential supplies. A special thank you to Sonoma Valley Unified School District and St. John’s Episcopal Church for donating hundreds of masks. It’s incredibly heartwarming to witness the community take care of us, as we take care of you. To donate supplies, please drop them off at the front door of our Admin building at 1455 N. McDowell Blvd, Suite D, Petaluma, CA 94954.

Petaluma Health Center is open and ready to serve you. We’re scheduling new appointments every day, so please don’t ignore your health needs or delay care—we’re here for you.

To schedule an appointment, please call us at: 707-559-7500.

How we are preparing for future needs

Unprecedented times lead to unprecedented needs. In order to serve every single member of our community—and to do so even in critical times that disrupt access to crucial medical and dental care—we are working to fund and launch a mobile health clinic. It will be instrumental in ensuring access to care during emergencies such as wildfires or crises such as COVID-19 by allowing us to go where our patients and community need us most. Our commitment to serve our patients is renewed every day at our brick-and-mortar health centers, and now we are aiming to bring that same commitment on the road, to close the gap between community need and care.

What we are doing to protect and care for you and our staff

All of our plans and strategies are centered around health and safety – the health and safety of patients, of our staff, and of our community. For that reason, we have converted most of our appointments to phone or video visits, so we can protect everyone’s well-being while continuing to care for our patients. After a phone appointment, if we determine that an in-person visit is the best way to care for you, we will schedule a time for you to come in and see one of our providers. Thank you for your patience as we convert to this phone-first care model, which is necessary during this COVID-19 crisis.

We are trying to limit the number of visitors and staff at the health center to prevent unnecessary gathering. For your safety, if you must come to the center for labs, pharmacy, will-call pick-ups, or in-person appointments (after first calling us to plan the visit), please practice excellent hand hygiene and wear the surgical mask you will be provided upon entering the health center.
