Coronavirus News and Updates – 2/4/2021

We understand you may be anxious to receive your vaccine and we are working hard to make it happen as quickly as is possible based on the number of vaccines we receive from the State and County. Please note that our current vaccine supply is limited.

Who is being vaccinated?

Current groups being vaccinated at PHC are Phase 1A and Phase 1B, Tier One.

Please Note: given the limited supply of vaccines we receive every week from the County and State, we are currently only vaccinating Phase 1A (healthcare workers) and Phase 1b, Tier One (those who are over 75 years old).

We will let you know as soon as additional supplies from the State and County allow us to begin serving other groups.

Steps you should take

If you are a patient of PHC who is 75 years of age or older and have not yet been scheduled for a COVID-19 vaccine, please call us so we can set up the next available appointment or send us a message via the patient portal: https://mycw3.eclinicalweb.com/peta/jsp/100mp/login_otp.jsp.

Due to the high volume of calls we are receiving, you may experience a wait. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you please be patient as we tackle this new critical mission of vaccinating our community while simultaneously meeting the medical needs of our patients. If the system does not allow your call through due to the call volume, please wait 5 minutes and try again.

What if you’re not eligible for a vaccine yet?

If you are not 75 years of age or older, or a healthcare provider, please wait until you are eligible for a vaccine and make sure you are signed up for our newsletter updates or regularly visit our page where we will continue to post every COVID-19 vaccine update: https://phealthcenter.org/coronavirus/.

Your doctor will not be able to request a vaccine for you or change the timing of your vaccine. We must ensure patients can access medical care and make medical appointments through our call center, so we ask that you please not call regarding COVID-19 vaccinations and tie up our phone lines, unless you are a healthcare worker or a patients who is 75 years of age or older seeking a vaccine appointment.
