Today Partnership Health Plan of CA honored the Petaluma Health Center for achieving 100% of Partnership’s quality health care goals. This is a first award in Plan’s history and PHC is the only health care provider to achieve this. The Plan is a public/private entity providing a cost-effective health care delivery system to Medi-Cal recipients in Sonoma, Napa, Yolo and Solono counties.
