Dr. Iutzi received a Doctor of Medicine and a Masters of Public Health degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 2013, focusing on rural and global healthcare. She received a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of Alaska, where her Senior Thesis was on “Linguistic and Cultural Barriers to Spanish–speaking Patients in Anchorage.” Dr. Iutzi received a Fulbright Scholarship in 2005 and was a Public Health Research Scholar at the Cotacachi Hospital in rural Ecuador. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Iutzi’s volunteer activities have included working with underserved patients at the UC Davis student clinic, working with a foot care and a dermatology clinic in Seattle, and frequent trips to Nicaragua volunteering at a non-profit clinic. Dr. Iutzi’s personal interests include traveling with her family, gardening and biking around Rohnert Park.
