    Jena Hoeft enjoys fostering strong patient relationships and empowering patients to take active roles in their health care.

    Jena received her Master Physician Assistant degree in 2004 from Samuel Merritt University, and graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia with summa cum laude honors in Biology and Spanish. After graduation, she was one of three P.A.’s nationwide to be selected to participate in the annual Migrant Clinician’s Network New Provider Practicum, a 4 month fellowship that exposes new providers to clinical experience with migrant populations.

    Jena joined Petaluma Health Center team as a Physician Assistant in 2005.  During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, doing CrossFit, snowboarding, going on camping trips, watching Raiders football, swimming, and reading.
