Petaluma Health Center, Casa Grande Clinic provides primary care of adolescents attending Casa Grande High School.

We’re located in a modular unit on the campus of Casa Grande High School:

This clinic operates during the school year, from Jan-June and August-December. When the clinic is not open, students are always welcome at our main health center in Petaluma.

• Wednesday closed
• Thursday 12:30 pm- 4:00pm
• Friday 12:30 pm- 4:00pm
• Saturday closed
