Back in Action: Education and Exercise for the Spine
Nearly 80% of Americans suffer from back pain caused by a variety of reasons. Luckily, as a patient of the Petaluma Health Center, you do not need to suffer for long. Come join our education and exercise support group where you can learn about your back and how to support good back health through knowledge and exercise.
Who: This group is open to any PHC patient who suffers with occasional backaches and believes they can benefit from this class.
When: 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of the month from 3:30PM-5PM
Fees: The class is a shared medical visit and many insurance providers will cover the cost of the class.
