Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Group
Who: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is the gold standard of care for people who frequently experience overwhelming emotions and feel as though the crises in their lives are never ending. DBT focusing on changing your thoughts and behaviors and becoming more aware of what you’re experiencing to help you be more effective in regulating your emotions, interacting with people in your life, and coping when crises inevitably happen. The main requirement for this group is that you are willing to commit to coming to group weekly, learn new strategies for being more effective in your life, and to practice them in many different situations. We believe you are doing your best to work towards your personal goals, and we also believe that we can help you work differently and better in your pursuits.
When: Fridays 9:00am- 11:30am
Fees: DBT group is a shared medical visit, so the fee is the same as a normal office visit, which varies according to your insurance plan.
